We’re not right for everyone. We specialize in sports orthopedics - if you have a musculoskeletal and/or fitness related injury, you’re in the right place.

No, you don’t need a referral to work with us. If we perform our evaluation and believe it to be necessary, we will refer you to the proper medical doctor/specialist.

We do accept some policies with out-of-network coverage, these are typically PPO plans. Some policies include the following:

Yes, we believe in taking the stress out of insurance, so we verify our clients’ insurance benefits as a courtesy.

We choose to be out-of-network because we believe in quality over quantity. All of our sessions are one hour long and one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. You can learn more about us HERE.

Each session can vary from $0-$250. This depends on your insurance benefits (such as your deductible) or if you’re seeing us on a self-pay basis.

Yes we do! We can provide a detailed receipt should you need it for submission purposes.

We do not accept No Fault or Workers Comp insurance policies.

Yes, you will receive treatment on day one. The treatment techniques utilized will be based on the needs of your body. The initial session will also include a detailed home exercise protocol.

Your therapist will discuss a detailed plan of care that will include an estimated healing time frame and how often sessions will be necessary to optimize healing.

We ask that you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
If we are analyzing your running, we ask that you wear a top and bottom that do not match in color.
(For knee injuries and running analyses - shorts please).

We understand that life is a juggling act and things get busy. We kindly ask for > 24hrs notice should you need to cancel your appointment. With that said, we do provide a one-time pass should you cancel day of your appointment. After that, any appointment not cancelled within 24hrs will require you to pay for your next session prior to scheduling.
